Founded by David M. Peterson in 1993, Peterson & Associates, P.C. is a highly aggressive and successful plaintiffs-only mass tort and
personal injury law firm that handles all types of catastrophic personal injury cases, with an emphasis in the areas of
pharmaceutical and
medical device litigation. In 1981, Mr. Peterson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He was a member of Tau Beta Pi and Pi Tau Sigma, both engineering societies.
Nicholas S. Clevenger joined Peterson & Associates, P.C. as an associate in April 2005. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Clevenger clerked at the firm for over a year, gaining valuable experience in the practice areas of
personal injury,
pharmaceutical and
medical malpractice and mass tort
litigation.
Mr. Mathews received his Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, in Political Science from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale in 1993. He received his J.D., from Nova Southeastern University in 1996. As well, Todd completed the National Session of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy program in Boulder, CO in 2003.
