Brett A. Williams
Brett A. Williams joined Peterson & Associates, P.C. in March 2009. Prior
to joining the firm, he was a principal at the St. Louis law firm of Brown &
James, P.C., one of the largest litigation firms in Missouri, where he practiced
law for over seven years. While at Brown & James, P.C., he gained valuable
experience defending corporations and individuals in a wide variety of cases,
including products liability, truck accidents, and other personal injury cases.
Mr. Williams has argued before the Missouri Supreme Court and the Missouri Court
of Appeals.
Mr. Williams graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelors of Arts in
1997. He graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law
in 2000. Prior to joining Brown & James, P.C., Mr. Williams clerked for
the Honorable Lawrence Crahan at the Missouri Court of Appeals.
Mr. Williams is a member in good standing of the Missouri Bar and the California
Bar. He is also a member in good standing of the United States Eighth
Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Eastern
District of Missouri, and the United States District Court for the Western
District of Missouri. Mr. Williams' practice focuses on plaintiffs'
personal injury including products liability, truck and other motor vehicle
accidents and class actions.
